In the aluminum alloy plate substrate used for metal aluminum curtain walls, aluminum veneer manufacturers often use 1000 series aluminum plates and 3000 series aluminum plates as raw materials. The 1000 series aluminum plate, also known as industrial pure aluminum or 1-series aluminum plate, is characterized by easy processing, strong plasticity, and low price. Representative models include AA 1060 and 1100 H14/H24, while the 3000 series aluminum plate is called aluminum manganese alloy plate or 3-series aluminum plate. Its characteristics are strong hardness and better flatness, but its price is higher than that of 1-series aluminum plate. Representative models include AA 3003 H14/H24. In addition, there are also 5000 series aluminum plates, known as aluminum magnesium alloy aluminum plates or 5 series aluminum plates, which are characterized by strength equivalent to 3003, good fusion and processing properties, moderate strength, and good corrosion resistance. The thicker the aluminum veneer, the higher the price. For example, the price of regular size aluminum veneer with a thickness of 3.0mm is generally higher than that of 2.5mm. The price of regular size aluminum veneer is generally higher than 35-40 yuan/square meter. It can be seen that the thickness of aluminum veneer is closely related to the price of aluminum veneer. Some non-standard aluminum veneer manufacturers usually use non-standard thickness aluminum sheets instead of national standard aluminum sheets as substrates for processing.
